⭐ Save the Date: Journey to the Stars Conference: Helping Your Learners Reach New Heights - April 5, 2025
Join us on April 5, 2025 as we continue to help our young learners reach new heights in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, and Early Literacy!
Focus Areas: Infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children
Sessions: Set One & Set Two training sessions available in English and Spanish

This AI Innovators Forum will provide facilitated opportunities for education leaders across our regions to collaboratively problem-solve and learn together!
📆2025 BIPOC Summer Conference for Oregon Educators!
K-12 Educators from across the state are invited to join this year's BIPOC Summer Conference and build a lasting community of support! Attendees will have an opportunity to network, learn, and empower one another. Priority will be given to classified and licensed educator staff who identify as Black, Indigenious, and People of Color serving rural public schools. This conference is FREE! Registration, Lodging, and Meals are provided at no cost to attendees.
Dates & Location: June 20-22, 2025, Salishan Lodge in Lincoln City, OR
💡MS/HS Educators: STEM Educator Solar Plus Storage Institute
Registration is now open for the Solar Plus Storage Institute. This year's institute will run from July 29-31st in Maidson, WI. Educators will be guided through hands-on lessons designed to teach students the fundamentals behind energy storage systems and how solar + energy storage works as a whole, giving your students an introduction to this booming industry.
When & Where: July 29-31, 2025, Commercial Avenue Campus, Madison, WI
$600 stipend will be mailed to the participant after the institute is completed
Hotel accommodations in downtown Madison for two nights provided, along with breakfast and lunch (4 nights if the participant needs to fly)
$1200 of lab equipment free of charge. This can be taken home the same day or it will be mailed to the address provided

🔍Lending Library: Featured Item of the Month: Squishy Circuits!
Squishy Circuits use conductive & insulating play dough to teach the basics of electrical circuits! Our Lending Library set contains 10 kits, an ideal way to introduce electronics to PreK-Elementary-aged students!
Items are available for use at no-charge to educators across our 5-county region and include delivery to/from your school.
☀️HS: Patterns FREE Professional Development and Summer Workshops!
The Portland Metro STEM Partnership (PMSP) and Greater Oregon STEM Hub (GO STEM) are offering free professional learning opportunities for High School Science for All "Patterns" Physics, Chemistry, and Biology courses. Oregon teachers will be paid $50/hour to attend. Information on the week-long summer workshops is also included.
🌳Oregon Agriculture In the Classroom: Agriculture in the Classroom is a nationwide educational program designed to help students develop an understanding that agriculture is the source of our food, clothing, shelter and other essentials. Explore just some of their great resources!
