Hood River County School District is hosting “Family STEM Nights” and volunteers are needed to host the STEM stations! Events are open to families of students interested in attending the perspective schools, but volunteering is open to anyone who is interested!

ODE Computer Science Education Survey 

The Oregon Department of Education (ODE) is writing a Statewide Computer Science Implementation Plan to provide equitable access to computer science learning opportunities to every public school student in Oregon by the 2027-2028 school year. We are interested in feedback from students (K-12 and higher education), educators, education leaders, families, and industry professionals about their experiences with computer science and their hopes for the future of computer science in Oregon.

Computer Science Teacher’s Association: July 11-14 - Register by 3/30! 

The conference will take place virtually on July 11th-14th. Teacher Perks include an $800 Stipend, 20 hours of PD, FREE Conference Registration and an opportunity to connect & collaborate with other Gorge Educators.
